1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ckg999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ckg999 website at ckg999.org and all associated products, services, games, promotions, and features made available through that domain.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the ckg999 platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or operating an account.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any balances may be confiscated.

ckg999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of an account. These may include a government-issued National ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckg999 account credentials including your username, password, and any linked mobile OTP. ckg999 will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, email, or telephone. You must notify ckg999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ckg999 shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to exercise reasonable care over their login credentials.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard processing time is 30 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and are published in the platform's banking section.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your ckg999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• ckg999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal eligibility is established.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ckg999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

5. Gaming and Betting Rules

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ckg999 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other international sports. All bets are accepted at ckg999's absolute discretion. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Violation of any prohibited conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
